Delivering good commercial building projects involves design skills, clear coordination of information into a cohesive package from which to build, and strong management and leadership. As the architect we are often the lead consultant on our projects. We are our clients’ first point of contact and guide the project, orchestrating the involvement of other design team members, whether we’re working on a small office up-fit, retail building shell, university project, or any other building design. DPA has completed a variety of commercial projects including office warehouse projects, interior office renovations, shopping center buildings, and university interior renovations. DPA offers a full range of services from concept development to construction phase services for these projects.
